Kimberly Calore- Sedlak, a dance educator, returns to beautiful Rhode Island after having an extensive career as a performing artist/choreographer in both stage and TV/Film. Her desire to pass down her knowledge along with her passion for the arts has led her to educating and preparing aspiring artists. She is
currently an Adjunct Professor of Dance at Dean College’s Palladino School of Dance (jazz & tap) and Salve Regina University’s Department of Music, Theatre and Dance (jazz, tap, theatre dance/movement). It is here where she choreographic works range from concert dance to theatrical productions with her most recent collaboration being with Extensions Dance Company’s Verve and the production of Cabaret leading to Kimberly being nominated for 2018’s Best
Choreography by RI Motif Theatre Awards. In addition, she guest teaches at neighboring institutions including Rhode Island College, Providence College and also within the private sector from recreational. Kimberly also teaches nationwide at various dance conventions and adjudicates for several leading talent organizations where she is continuously inspired by emerging artists.

include: Radio City Rockette (Ass. Choreographer & Dance Captain of thirteen years), The Producers,Contact, Crazy For You, 42ndStreet, Disney’s Beauty & The Beast, A Christmas Carol, When In Rome, The Stepford Wives, Walt Disney World, several Las Vegas Productions, cruise lines, and numerous commercials. She was featured in PBS’s-Broadway: The American Musical w/ Susan Stroman, The Tony Awards w/ Hugh Jackman, Broadway Cares-Nothing Like A Dame, The Oprah Magazine, Dance Spirit, Dance Teacher Magazine and in the newly published book/DVD series, The Radio City Rockettes: A Dance Through Time and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular-75th Anniversary DVD. She’s had the honor of performing with such Legends as: Chita Rivera, Ann Reinking, Maurice Hines, and Patricia Birch to name a few.
Kimberly is an active member of the National Dance Education Organization and Dance Alliance of Rhode Island with over twenty years of combined experience ranging from recreational to competitive dancers and higher-education to professional levels in various genres: ballet, jazz/lyrical, tap, musical theatre, precision dance and movement for actors. She has served on the creative team as an instructor/choreographer for Broadway Dance Center's:
The Broadway Experience, The Rockette Experience, The Rockette Summer Intensive Program and The Pre-Professional Theatre
Program at Steps On Broadway. Kimberly continues to teach/support outreach organizations that grant opportunities within the arts such as: Project Dance, Career Transitions For Dancers, Dance Project of Washington Heights, and Madison Square Garden’s Cheering For Children.
